Melonga erhalten

Die Melonga-App ist ein digitales Produkt, das online auf Ihr Telefon geliefert wird. Es müssen keine physischen Waren an Sie versendet werden. Es gibt mehrere Möglichkeiten, sie zu erhalten, je nach Telefonart ändern sich die Anweisungen ein wenig. Melonga ist derzeit nur verfügbar in Deutschland, Österreich, Luxemburg, Liechtenstein und Belgien (deutschsprachige Regionen) und Irland

Wie kann ich ein Rezept für Melonga bekommen?

Derzeit benötigt die Melonga-App kein Rezept, da sie sicher und effektiv ist. Dies könnte sich in Zukunft ändern, sobald sie von der Krankenversicherung abgedeckt wird.

Warum kann ich die Melonga-App nicht im Apple™ App Store oder Google™ Play Store finden?

Die Melonga-App wird weiterhin von Teilnehmern in der CLIMACS-klinischen Studie. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, dass öffentliche Kommentare und Meinungen (sowohl negative als auch positive) die Wahrnehmungen und das Studienergebnis beeinflussen könnten. Daher wird sie ab August 2025 kostenlos in diesen App-Stores verfügbar sein.

Es heißt, dass Melonga nur in einer begrenzten Anzahl von Ländern verfügbar ist. Bedeutet das, dass es für Menschen mit unterschiedlichem ethnischen Hintergrund nicht funktioniert?

Melonga ist sicher und effektiv für alle Menschen mit vorzeitigem Samenerguss, unabhängig von ihrem ethnischen oder kulturellen Hintergrund oder Geschlecht. Es ist jedoch wichtig, dass der Benutzer über entsprechende Sprachkenntnisse verfügt, um den Inhalt und die Übungen effektiv zu verfolgen.

Ich bin kein Einwohner der derzeit berechtigten Liste von Ländern. Kann ich es trotzdem bekommen?

Da die Melonga-App ein reguliertes Medizinprodukt ist, können wir sie leider nicht an Personen außerhalb der berechtigten Liste verkaufen. Sie können uns unter [email protected] eine E-Mail senden, um zu erfahren, wann sie in Ihrem Land verfügbar sein wird.

Ich reise nach Deutschland. Kann ich die Melonga-App bekommen und sie im Ausland nutzen?

Aus Datenschutz- und Cybersicherheitsgründen sind die meisten App-Funktionen geografisch darauf beschränkt, nur innerhalb der EU zu funktionieren. Wir können keinen technischen Support oder Rückerstattungen für Nutzer außerhalb der EU anbieten.

Installation

Die Melonga-App wird bald im Apple® App Store oder Google™ Play Store verfügbar sein. Derzeit folgen Sie bitte den Anweisungen, die Ihnen per E-Mail zugesandt wurden, um sie zu installieren.

  • Prerequisites

To install our app, you must have a compatible device and an internet connection. Android™ phones should run at least Android version 8.0 and iOS™ devices should use at least 14.0.

  • Downloading Melonga app

To download our app, you need to visit the app store of your device and search for our app name. You can also scan the QR code on our website to access the app store directly.

  • Launching for the first time

To launch the Melonga app, tap on the app icon on your device screen and follow the instructions to login with your existing credentials.

  • Changing the Language

To change the language of the Melonga app, select it at the beginning by tapping the language button at the top right corner. While you can change the language later, doing so will reset all your activities.

How to install the Melonga app on an iOS smartphone?

iOS smartphone users can securely obtain the Melonga app through Apple’s “Testflight” app. TestFlight is an Apple app that allows us to invite selected users to use an app. Apple thoroughly tests every app deployed through TestFlight, just as any other app is tested for the Apple App Store. How to install the Melonga app on an Android smartphone?

Android smartphone users can securely obtain the Melonga app through Melonga’s website. Please refer to the following video for full instructions on how to install. it on your phone

I do not have a smartphone or a tablet. Can I still use Melonga app?

Melonga app is available only on iOS and Android smartphones and tablets for functionality and security reasons. Therefore, it is also important that you are familiar with using a smartphone or a tablet to use Melonga properly.

Still, you can use Melonga by borrowing a smartphone from your spouse or a friend, or renting one from your telecom provider. Some third-party companies that seems to rent smartphones in Germany are listed below (we have no affiliation with them, and use them only at your own risk):

While we try our best to protect your data and privacy, we still need some info for taxation purposes. Nevertheless, we recommend creating an email address which you do not intend to use daily and delete or discard it once you have completed the Melonga app.
