We are delighted to announce that the Melonga app will be generally available to premature ejaculation (PE) patients in Germany, Austria, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein, Belgium (German regions), and Ireland from 1 May 2025.
While the Melonga app was already CE-marked in May 2023, it was only accessible to the patients participating in the CLIMACS clinical study conducted by Philipps-Universität Marburg, Germany. More than 80 PE patients have already benefited from the Melonga app’s clinical effectiveness.
To kickstart and make Melonga available to a larger number of PE patients, we offer it to the first 200 registered participants at a special price of €199.00 (including VAT; regular retail price: €499.00). Each subscription is valid for 12 weeks, sufficient to complete the full program.

Is Melonga safe to use and my personal data protected?
Melonga is already CE-marked as a class I software medical device, per the EU’s MDR regulatory framework. It is also safe to use and clinically effective.
We do not sell your data. We will only use your details to use the Melonga app and periodically delete them once you have completed the program. All your data is stored in servers within the EU and protected by the GDPR ruling. Please refer to the terms of use and privacy policy for further details.
Why the Melonga app is not covered by my health insurance?
While the Melonga app is clinically effective, the procedure to cover it under a healthcare insurance plan is lengthy and varies between insurers and countries. We are already working with insurance providers in Germany, and it is expected to be available to many people by the end of 2026.
What happens after I submit the registration form?
After signing up, you will receive a confirmation email within 2 working days about your account details, instructions on downloading the Melonga app, and instructions on how to make the payment. Please feel free to reach out to [email protected] for questions.
Is my purchase protected?
Absolutely, your purchase is fully protected. Revolut, a reputed European bank and payment gateway handle all purchases and invoicing. You may refer to their buyer protection policy for full details. Can I get a refund if I don't like the Melonga app?
Absolutely, each person and their premature ejaculation challenges are unique. While the Melonga app is a promising option, it may not work for every patient. That’s why we offer a full refund (excluding platform fees) within 7 days of app delivery.
How disputes (if any) regarding my purchase and use of the Melonga app will be resolved?
In case of dispute regarding the purchase, you are already protected by Revolut’s buyer protection program. Nevertheless, we will work together with you to resolve it. In a rare case that you are still not satisfied or we cannot fix it mutually, we will advise you to use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution mechanism for cross-border disputes.
What are my rights as your customer?
